Professor Vicente Junior (better known as VJ) is a 5th Degree BJJ Black Belt under legendary 7th Degree Coral Belt Ricardo De La Riva. He is both a Gi and No-Gi World Champion, a 7x Pan American Champion, and one of the most sought after instructors in the world. Born in Sao Paulo Brazil, VJ began his career in martial arts in Judo. When he was only fourteen years old he began his training with Judo and committed six years to that particular discipline, advancing to the rank of Brown Belt. It was not until later that VJ was introduced to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. VJ has fully dedicated himself to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, training as often as two or three times a day. His team is made up of schools from the United States and Brazil. He is proudly sponsored by Bad Boy. His years of hard work and dedication have earned him the rank of 5th Degree Black Belt.
